Keep breathing. I too have similar experiences and it’s dreadful, but you have to keep breathing and use your breath to keep you going.

For this same reason I have been on medication for almost a decade. Some decisions and actions are impossible to take back. All we can do it continue to live and be the best version of our true selves.
